I was looking for solid real health and food information instead of all the noise we are inundated with everywhere. I wanted to have a healthy perspective about eating without a lot of emotional energy going in to every meal.
Now, I feel WELL EQUIPPED with the right information and so WELL FED. I'm eating more than ever and feel SO SATISFIED. It's amazing.
I’m finally starting to let my body speak louder than my brain when it comes to food. I am now conscious of my hunger and fullness after years of macro counting when I was afraid of hunger before. And I take time off of working out with no guilt or restriction.

I feel happier and lighter. I trust my body to tell me when I'm hungry and full. I feel like food isn't controlling me and I'm not trying to control food; it's just food.
I feel like I've found a way to live and I don't have to re-start again, which is a huge relief.
